How to Enrol

Enrolment Applications

Year 6 Students

Enrolment Application packages are delivered to local contributory primary schools and are given to students. These packages are also available upon request from the Administration Office during working hours by any parent.

Alternatively online Enrolment Applications can be accessed via the following links:

Please ensure you attach your child/children's birth certificate and current immunisation record with enrolement forms.

We encourage parents/carers to return these packages as soon as possible to enable the school to confirm placements.

For all students other than year 6 students (Years 7 - 12).

Enrolment Application packages are available upon request from the Administration Office.

Please ensure you attach your child/children's birth certificate and current immunisation record with enrolement forms.
Once received, a completed Application for Enrolment and Enrolment Form is then reviewed and approved or declined.

All incoming students and their parents/carers must attend an enrolment interview prior to commencing at Northam Senior High School.
